Subject: NY1 Poll

There's a NY1 Poll out about the memorial designs which asks:

"What do you think of the WTC Memorial design?"

The choice we most favor of "I don't like it at all ^Ö they should start
over" is willing with 39% of the votes and the total # of votes in the
entire poll at this point is 387.

The link to the poll is:

Since then we've gotten up to 40%...let's get a majority!

Newsday has a story indicating that victims'-families groups
are divided about the memorial.

THERE IS A POLL THERE TOO...vote for "I don't like either design"
which is in second place at the moment!(We do NOT want "excellent"
to win!)

I've sent letters to the Post and Times today
(the Times ENDORSED the terrorist-trophy memorial,
and NY1 has offered the address to send donations
to fund its construction...the Post at least is on
our side).

(I am sure that if this thing gets built, people will soon compile

television calling the need to search through the lists for a name
one of the plan's strengths...the man can't tell strength from
weakness...he just says "the decision's been made",we have to tell
him it won't be allowed to stand!

I'd like to take time to salute Joy Goldberg's recent petition
work, going door to door and even getting the signature of a woman
who lost her boyfriend on 9/11/01 on a petition to put the Twin
Towers right back on the old footprints.

Also,Gene "Chrliesangelsman" has written a letter he wants gotten
to the right people.A valuable contact-address list is at the first
topic of the NYCSkyline site's "should we rebuild..." board.
Follow the links from http://www.put.com/wtc/ to get there under
"Message Boards" (I note that GothGazette's editors are cracking
their whip again).

A Restorewtc.com chat will be held at 9 PM tomorrow(Friday the 16th).

See you on the 111th floor on 9-11-11!

The World Trade Center towers MUST rise again,
at least as tall as before...or terror has triumphed.
