Subject: New Twin Towers Petiton Etc.

Below is the announcement of a brand new petition
for rebuilding the Towers from Ron Devito of
Team Twin Towers(previously Restoring the Twin Towers).
It can be read and signed at the URL provided.

The Whitehead clique appear to have gotten the
Port Authority behind their plan to build nothing
taller than what's across the street from the site.
We have to let them know the pro-rebuilding movement
won't go away, and they should not rebuild short in
haste and leave the rest of us to repent at leisure.

I note that for some strange reason the Whitehead
group don't have email through their renewnyc.com
web domain,but a renewnyc@hotmail.com address!...
and this Hotmail box easily gets filled.

Perhaps if they find it keeps getting bring-the-Towers-back
messages in it they'll realize there is a huge constituency
out there that they are dismissing and annoying all the time.

I note that http://buildthetowers.org/ has a sort of
amateur architectural competition for the site...they
have designes shown there that people can view and rate.
They range from pure replication of the Yamasaki original
to bizarre curios to dramatic wonders that should be
considered (as long as they are at least 1368 feet tall
and have no setbacks on the first 110 stories).

The TTT website should be up soon as Ron notes.
Let's keep pushing...short structures must never
be accepted!

All:

The TTT petiton has become an online version. Our website is slated to be
available in 12 - 48 hours. For now, I'm asking everyone to go straight to
the petition. We ask that everyone, members and non-members, please click
the link below and sign our online petiton; and then pass the link to as
many pro-rebuilders as possible with the same request. Thank you.
